Terms of sale

These terms govern the assignment of domain names offered on sleepy.domains by ma2t.

1. Prices

All prices are stated excluding VAT (HT). Applicable VAT is added where relevant depending on the buyer’s country and status: French VAT for France and EU consumers, reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid intra-community VAT number, exemption for non-EU buyers (export). The invoice is issued by ma2t.

2. Object of the assignment

The assignment covers the right to use and manage the domain name with the registry. It transfers no trademark or other distinctive sign.

3. No acknowledgment of rights

Any offer, discussion or negotiation conducted on the platform does not constitute acknowledgment of any third-party right in the name concerned. Names are offered for their descriptive and generic value. A buyer opening a discussion cannot be construed as a solicitation by ma2t.

4. Payment and transfer

Payment is made via Stripe or bank transfer depending on the amount. The AFNIC transfer starts only after funds are received in full.

5. Governing law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution; failing that, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before referring the matter to the competent courts.
